Since our founding in 1968, we have been operating as a restaurant chain serving sushi, a traditional part of Japanese food culture, both domestically and internationally for over 50 years.
In light of the recent major changes in our external and internal environments, and as we enter a new stage that could be called our "second founding period," we have decided to revise our previous "management philosophy" and establish a new "corporate philosophy."
Our newly established "Corporate Philosophy" expresses our founding philosophy, corporate attitude, and aspirations, which aim to contribute to the mental and physical health of people around the world by providing customers with a comfortable space and allowing them to spend a rich and enjoyable time through the provision of sushi and other food.
Based on our new "corporate philosophy," we aim to "maintain sushi as the main focus" and "move away from being sushi-only" in order to adapt to the diversifying eating habits of people around the world. We will continue to develop our business by leveraging our unique strengths and strive for sustainable growth.
