In addition, the two companies have launched a joint project to revitalize their U.S. business, with a view to opening the first MENSHO Honolulu (tentative name) store in Hawaii in 2024.
Both companies have the mission of spreading Japanese food culture and spreading the appeal of Japanese food overseas. They see the collaboration between their sushi and ramen businesses, which are both popular overseas, as a golden opportunity to spread the appeal of Japanese food to the world.
